Bidalot RF80WR 80cc top end engine - diameter 47.6 mm stroke 44.9mm for Minarelli AM6

Thanks to its new design, the cooling of the cylinder is maximised via its water chamber surrounding all intake and exhaust poorts.

Its one-piece cast cylinder head is self-centering in the cylinder. Its plug penetrates 2.4mm into the cylinder barrel. As with the cylinder, the cooling of the combustion chamber is optimised by a peripheral water chamber.

This assembly is designed to be fitted only with a 44.9mm stroke Racing Factory crankcase with a 90mm connecting rod.

The exhaust mounting is designed for either a 4 bolt RF muffler or a classic 2 bolt muffler - 50mm centre distance.

The kit is composed of ;

- 47.6mm Nikasil coated cylinder with 6 ports - Booster exhaust port

- High compression self centering cylinder head

- 12mm RF piston pin and 47.6 x 1mm ring lapped - domed

- Set of base seals of different thickness

- Set of O-rings

- Screws and bolts

- 4 cylinder studs 124mm long
