This complete kit has been developed in Italy by Athena, guaranteeing unrivalled quality and performance.
Kit contents :
Cylinder: Diagrams identical to the original with removable water tapping (screwed + gasket).
Gaskets: Reinforced graphite base gasket, new specification cylinder head gasket, valve cover gasket, valve control spindle spi, cylinder bleed gasket, and exhaust gasket.
Studs : Set of 5 cylinder head studs, copper washers, cap nuts, and 2 exhaust studs.
Oil fittings: Same as original.
Piston Kit: Complete cast piston to Athena specification.
Technical specifications:
Piston/cylinder clearance = 0.07 with piston dimension A (Ø55.94) or B (Ø55.95).
Exhaust bar removal: CNC machined before and after Nicasil deposit.
Compatibility :
Totally similar to the original cylinders, allowing only one cylinder to be replaced if necessary and fitting without any modification.
100% compatible with exhaust valves, original Suzuki or adaptable control mechanisms, all types of pistons and original or third-party cylinder heads.
